CASE REPORT Apreviously healthy six-year-old boy presented with painless swelling in the left frontal region that had been slowly progressing in size over the past four months. The patient denied any accompanying systemic or neurological symptoms. On exam, a 2-cm firm lesion was palpable in the left parasagittal frontal region.
